Each year a Scout will be chosen by the Troop Committee for demonstrating Outstanding Scouting Sprit, Leadership, and Service to Troop 165.  This prestigious award reflects our sincere gratitude from the whole Troop to this note worthy Scout.  On the last Monday night in February Troop 165 will honor one of its own, as the Troop 165 Scout of the Year.
